Description: “Black Noise”, otherwise known as Silent Noise, describes a sound frequency that has zero power.

The entire working mechanism of a found gramophone has been taken apart, each part cast in plaster and

then reassembled. The gramophone has the potential to work but also the potential to break due to its materiality.
